Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet client needs.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the full life-cycle of the implementation.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
- Create documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of F&O/SCM modules, particularly in:
- Asset Management
- Inventory Management
- Sales and Marketing
- Accounts Payable
- Credit Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
